After i bottle my coopers lager and let it clear how long will it last?
I assume because there is no chemicals in there it wont last that long.

Thoughts

Tough one as I never seem to let mine age long enough :D

As long as their stored in a cool dark place after secondary fermentation, then they're going to get better for the first 3-6months. I believe 12-18 months is the longest you should keep without drinking......better and more patient brewers will tell you better than me.

I agree with Sean. You can keep bottles for longer than you'd think. If you want to let it age then try one each month and taste how it changes.

So do I.

Whatever you do, stash a few bottles from each brew away and try to forget they exist for a few months.

As soon as your FV is empty, get it reloaded. If you can brew faster than you can drink and some bottles manage to get left for 3-6 months you really will be amazed at the improvement.

Yes, I guess that would apply to all beers, especially stronger / darker ones.

I can't comment on cider, never made any proper stuff and can't see TC ever improving.
Likewise, can't comment on kegs, ain't got one.

Thanks guys
Maybe it wont last that long anyway

Fermentation has now stopped on my first brew and now im going to take my first reading
