Hey guys, I'm looking to move away or improve my lager kits, I was wondering if anyone had any recipes or ideas? Any suggestions are welcomed and appreciated :) Thanks, Alex

hi

when i do a lager kit, i use coopers canadian blonde! i add to this 500g of pale spray malt and 750 grams of maritose brewing sugar.

makes a very tasty lager and comes in around the 5%mark. :D

similarly, i've just done a coopers stout kit with 500g of dark spraymalt and 750g of maritose brewing sugar.

expecting good results from this one too! :thumb:
