I was in costco today, getting a few bits then thought about getting some juice in for another tc. I already have 2L asda apple juice, and 3L of princes apple and raspberry juice.

Saw this mango & passion fruit juice, 4l for £2.62.

Wasnt til i got home i read the ingredients, now im not sure? Main ingredient is water, so its quite dilute, so i could add it but discount adding extra water? So i will have a 9L batch that will have 943g sugar.

The only spare yeast i have at the minute is a coopers cerveza or a ginger beer yeast? Is it worth the risk?

Thanks.

105g/l sugar is about right.
I wouldn't worry about the water in it, it's formulated to taste right when drunk, like all the juices you might stick in a TC. Certainly don't add any water, just like you wouldn't to any other TC. You may not get all that much of those fruit flavours being very noticeable in the final product, that's all.

Just knocked it up with 2 aj, 3 a n rasp, 4 mango n passion.

Big mug of tea (had to use a mix of 3 normal and 4 green tea)

200g honey

Og 1.047

Smells very nice.

Taking a risk but using the yeast that came with the coopers ginger beer.

See how this goes. Will batch prime with syrup.
