Jees- 80 pints at 15%, i make that 1 month solid of hangovers.... :drink: :hmm: so for 23L thats.........
My weak version (at only 10% and 100 IBU) will get around 2 years . . 1 Year in keg and 1 year in bottles. . . The last batch I did of this was finally all drunk after 12 years . . . and was still a pretty nice beer at the end . . . if somewhat past its best. . .rickthebrew said:

This will be aged for a year with some oak chips as well, can't afford a real wooden barrel or look after it for that long.
The pics of the brewday will be fun! Must make a new paddle don't think the plastic one will cope!
