For 25L of a North German Type Pilsner OG 1.046 and 38IBU

3Kg of Muntons Extra Light DME
65g Northern Brewer Hops (90 Minutes)
45g Tettnang Hops (45 Minutes)

15g Tettnang Hops (0 Minutes or 70C Steep)

Pitch a good Lager yeast (2 Sachets of S23) and ferment at around 12-14C

brilliant thankyou aleman! sounds like a nice simple one, would this type of recipe be better with a liquid pilsner type yeast or would i get fair results with dry lager yeast?

If you have the facility to grow up a true lager yeast then it will be much better . . . having said that I have brewed this one with S23 and thought it was incredible TBH . . . This one was my first ever successful lager, having tried countless times to do one all grain. . . . If I had the choice though I would order some W34/70 from BarleyBottom and use that it is a truly cracking lager yeast . . . better than S23 IMO.
