Messing about with ideas

I'm just playing at recipes not really sure what I'm doing and got brews lined up before I get round to possibly doing this. But many on here know far more than me so want to know what are thoughts on this as a recipe? I know I like these hips as used them in various recipes already.

Just messing on Brewers friend. This is for a 20l batch. And it shows as follows:

OG 1059 FG 1014.
ABV 5.9%
IBU 57.7

What do folk reckon?
