Hi all.

I am looking to put a wheat beer kit on shortly and would welcome recommendations.
Ideally it would look and taste like Hoegarden so the kit might include bitter orange and coriander or maybe I have to buy these separately.

Who has made a kit and would recommend it?

thanks in advance.

I've just bottled the wilko wheat kit and the sample tasted great but more like paulaner than hoegarden, geterbrewed do a build your own kit, can make a wheat one up, look great and I'll be buying some soon, homebrew company do some also that look good

Black roc do two. Both supposed to be similar to hoegarden.

I have recently bottled whispering wheat, but it's not ready yet, but they now do a new one with orange and coriander flavours.

I plan to Brew that one after my brewferm one has finished.

I won the wheat beer kit from geterbrewed and it's very nice. Came with orange and coriander.

I have posted a review in the review section so you can see what you get.

Brewferm Blanche is the only dried-witbier specific yeast that I know of. T-58 is also used by some. I've used both and the Blanche was superior.

Munich and WB-06 are for German-style wheat beers.
