Hi, Please help. I got my gas cylinder for my cornie which is full of beer but i dont know how to gas it. I have all the gear but so far no idea.

what pressure do i want for good serving?
how do i adjust that pressure?
whats that little red disc that is held by an elastic band for?

I was gasing up to 60psi shaking like hell and trying to serve at after 24 hoursi...not very good
Now I gas to 30psi a few gentle shakes for 2min and leave for a week, then serve at 3psi, which works well.
The little red disc on the band I believe should be the washer for the gas bottle to regulator

ok so i have attached it all gased it a little. Think i have been confused about the regs. I thought you could have it fixed to the co2 all the time and set a pressure that you wanted, thus when the beer was used and pressure left it was topped up as you go.

Yep leave you regulator connected to your bottle.
I don't like leaving the cornies connected just in case they spring a leak. I just disconnect the grey lines.

To adjust the pressure turn the nut/screw clockwise to increase
