Just opened 2 bottles and they're flat!

I used the Cooper's carbo drops same as last time in the same size bottles.

What do you mean by 'flat'? No carbonation whatsoever, a little carbonation, or just less than you normally expect ?
They have only had 11 days, and if there was next to no yeast carried over that may not be long enough for the yeast that is there to do its job properly.
I suggest you leave them for at least another two weeks before opening another.

Thanks. there is no carbonation at all and they are a little sweet. I didn't bring the bottles indoors, left them in the garage thinking it would be warm enough. I think that is the problem.
I've now brought them in do you think it will be OK? In that they get a little fizz to them over the next couple of weeks.
Very little sediment in the bottom of the bottle compared to the last beer I did.

Looking better, when I was looking at the bottles last week I could see the oily looking sugar floating around but they've gone clear now. I'll leave them another week though.
