Hammer Of Thor special gravity lager 2 weeks in fermenting bucket

Good morning

I usually ferment in vessel and bottle directly off

I want to leave in the bucket for another week

Should I buy some tube and bottle from bucket
Or transfer to vessel

If transfer to vessel is best way , what's best way of
Transferring it ?

I'm thinking it might be a bit strong

Any recommendations for a rock solid 5% lager kit ?

I would normally use the 2-2-2 method which is 2 weeks primary FV,2 weeks secondary FV and 2 weeks conditioning in bottle.A lot of people transfer from the primary though if your interested in using secondary to help with yeast clear up and settling just purchase a second FV with tap and bottling stick ref.http://www.brewsmarter.co.uk/fermenters-heaters-vinotainersbib-taps-19-c.asp

These are only guides as to what you shall need as I know postage varies but hopefully point you in the right direction.
