all hops was 50/50 both hops
20 min boil

20 min 10g
15 min 16g
10 min 20g
5 min 20g
0 min 40g

94g dry hop or hop tea or split for both. not decided yet
i used us 05 yeast

About to make a Pennine pale clone ( Allendale brewery) very similar to this except Columbus for bittering and hods of dry hops. Pale malt with about 7% vienna/munich mixed.
Should be similar to this one I think, haven't finalised the hop schedule but mostly late/steep and dry.

i think it would be better with 1kg of maris otter mashed in to give it a bit more body and alcohol but it was a nice brew as is
