My order from Geterbrewed came all crushed together, maybe a point if anyone wants to order the same grain bill as me.

The Carafa II is mixed in with the rest of the grains

I'll know in future to ask for it to be separate.

Have you had any joy with this one? Does it look U-Fleku-esque? Looking at having a go with this sometime soon so would be interested to hear how you've got on so far.

It turned out pretty well! Really tasty, malty yet refreshing and quite U fleku ish, although really hard to compare without a pint of it as going by memory is difficult. Will just have to go back to Prague for a visit

Glad to hear it! I'm going to shy away from a decoction mash but I'll do my best with what I've got and hope for similar results.

No one I'm going to give it to has ever been to U Fleku so I can pass it off as the real deal no matter what it comes out like! :twisted::thumb:
