Afternoon all,

I had a few buckets of mixed apples towards the end of September, I made a press and made cider from them. The cider was started on the 10th of September. I spent quite a bit of time bumping up the alcohol content of this batch by adding extra sugar over a few weeks. I pushed the yeast quite far. fun times

Its around 18-20%.

It's been in a DJ ever since

Initially the cider was very cloudy as you would expect, its thrown its sediment since then, but has not cleared. I was wondering from those who have done similar in the past, how long would you expect the cider to take to clear?

Should I consider using something to aid clearing, and if so what?

Thanks in advance,

18-20% ? That's not Cider anymore.
Leaving it somewhere cold helps it clear quite well.
