I bottled this today and couldn't believe how good this tasted. Good colour nice aroma and smooth taste. Definitely going to be an easy drink.

This has been bottled 6 weeks now. I've drank a few and given a few away. I've had some great comments about how nice it is and can't believe it's homebrew. It works out about £1.40 a bottle and it tastes better than a lot of the £5 wines I use to drink. I don't think it's as nice a the shiraz but that might be just my preference. I've been making beer and wine for about 5 months and the results have been great don't think I'll be buying wine again.

Looking good for my Malbec so - tasted it after the first fermentation done - really hopeful on it too.
