Hey guys,
Can you help please? I have a fermenting fridge, which i have wired to a stc-1000 and heating bar. i have being using it for not nearly a year now with no issues, done a range of fermenting temps 20oC - 3oc.
However... when i tried to crash chill my last batch of brew, the STC only went down to 10oC, i had to use the fridge as a normal fridge rather than poweer through the STC.
Any ideas?
