Hop bitterness calculation

Hi all, looking for some advice on IBU calculations. In BeerSmith I've set some late hops to be steeped post boil and that has allocated an IBU figure to that addition, no problem there. What it hasn't done is adjusted the IBU figures for the other earlier additions. It feels like I should be making an adjustment here since those hops will still be in during the post boil steep so will contribute more IBUs

as you can see there are three main ways of working it out and they differ slightly!
