0.15kg Malted Wheat
35g Challenger
35 g Challenger hops, 9% a.a. (60 min)
30g Northdown hops, 8.1% a.a. (60 min)
22g Northdown hops, 8.1% a.a. (15 min)
10g Northdown hops, 8.1% a.a. (Flame out)
5g Irish Moss
1 packet Danstar Nottingham Ale Yeast

Is that the Worthington white shield? Also,is it a clone of the current commercial product as after reading about it,it was commended as one of the best beers out there until they changed the recipe.....I thought the current bottled version was OK.

Yes it is, not sure if of the old style or not.

My OG sample tasted v. hoppy, lovely colour too. I like the WWS that you can get in Supermarkets, but not sure it's a truly great beer. It's very good though, and that's good enough!

Hope this one turns out OK. Little out on my OG on the low side but I can live with that. Should still get an ABV of c4.8% I reckon.
