Hi There,

So my friend and I have started all grain brewing and up until now have been following other people's recipes. This is what we have come up with (using all the odds and ends that have left from previous batches. Just wanted some feedback before we go ahead and make it next weekend.

Thanks in advance!

Richard

Reason why it's low on beer Smith is because it doesn't count ibu of dry hop or flame out additions. Got told that they also count towards bitterness even if they don't show up on beer Smith?

Dry hop doesn’t add bitterness, 0 minutes will add some bitterness depending on how quickly you chill but it shouldn’t be anything significant (unless chilling takes aaaages and remains at a high temp for a long time).
