OK as thread title, should I use the zest of lemon in a lemon wine or not. Intuitition says nay, but was going to use the remainder of the lemons in a hooch low alc' brew as well, in which I am intending to put zest in.
Any ideas or opinions, have a fews days before starting brew so no rush?
