This was on sale in macro yesterday so thought , mmm that's a got a little TC written all of over it.

How would you best use this in a 5l batch ?

It's a cordial - but all natural and no nasties.
I used some in an Elderflower and Apple TC a while back. Did a half bottle.

Just looked it up. Apparently it's been discontinued by the manufacturer so that's probably why it was on sale.

Best make good use of it then [emoji106] thinking I'll bung half into an Apple TC and then use other half for priming

Bottled this up tonight using the half bottle left for priming .
Tastes delicious !
Will see what it's like in a few weeks after second firm.

Be careful of using english fresh picked plums and damsons there bloom is full of wild yeasts, just a comment on plums !!

First bottle of this opened tonight - she's lively ! Glad it was a PET bottle else would have foamed over. Think I'll chill the next one in the fridge first !!
Taste is good - a tad sweet if anything. Plum comes through !
