Malt help

Just need a little help in finding good substitutes for the following malts.

Two-Row pale malt
Crystal 45 malt
Carapils (Dextrin) Malt

Looking at getting them from http://www.geterbrewed.com

They just don't have the exact malts I need.\Many Thanks

GEB have 2 different "brands" of carapils:

I'm assuming the crystal is 45 lovibond, which is about 115-120 EBC, so there are a few you could use. This is probably the closest to the range you're after:

For 2 row I would just use any pale malt, Maris Otter, golden promise, or even one of the cheaper generic pale ale malts.

1. maris otter or pilsen - lager malt
2. light crystal - carastan - munich 40 - caramunichll
3. caramalt - carahell - light carastan

Their Irish malt is good.
