Hi all, new to this site this is my first post. Just wanted to run a recipe by you guys to get some feedback from more experienced brewers.

I've done a similar extract brew before but with a 60 min boil and an amber lme and it worked well, but have been reading about brews with no 60 min " bittering" boil and sounded good to me.

Basically just wondering if it will come out ok and if short boil and dry hop will be enough to balance taste.

3.5 gallon brew
1.5k lme light (mangrove jacks)
850g clear honey
15 minute boil with half the extract plus 40g of cascade and golding pellets. Rest of fermentables added for fermenter only. SG start 1.042
10g safale s-04 English ale yeast
Planning a small dry hop (25g of cascade) dry hop for 3/4 days at end of fermentation before bottle.
