I'm new to brewing. I've just started 5 gallons of IPA and I have a demijohn of Dandelion and raisin wine on the go.
My father used to brew beer so looking to carry on the family tradition and hopefully pass it on to my son.
I also just managed to acquire an allotment so the hope is to grow lots of goodies to turn into lots of lovely wine. Hence the dandelion wine.....the allotment was covered in them !!! :) fingers crossed that it will be drinkable.
