1000g caramel malt
200g chocolate malt
500g dark brown sugar
28g fuggles (60 min)
28g ekg (15 min)
mash at 68c for 60 min
boil 60 min
yeast wyeast ale
ferment at 20c
not put this in a brewer's fried beersmith or the like of
what are folks thoughts on this
