My father in law started making beers a few years ago now and is making some cracking beers.
He have me all his old stuff and with his help I just made a batch of San Miguel. It has worked really well I opened the first this weekend, it was clear and fizzy and tasted really good.
I've just ordered a Coopers Pale Ale, I'll post a thread for advice.
