What do/have people used as a substitute for the American Honey malt.

Those of you who have been making/developing NEIPA recipes will have come across this grain in recipes.

Im fascinated to hear how people have substituted a very specific grain you cannot get over in the uk.

What HBC sell isn't "proper" Gambrinus honey malt.
From what I've heard melanoidin would make a good sub, or the HBC stuff.
