Just wanting a little sanity check with this recipe..... It's a small BIAB batch, so I will be using my 12L stock pot and boiling on the hob, topping up with water to account for losses during the boil...
Thoughts around the recipe.... I want to leave a little sweetness to bring out the fruit character of the hops, so mashing around 68 a decent addition of Crystal 60 and Mangrove Jacks M44 yeast. Also using Munich malt to give a bit of maltiness to the large amount of hops, going for around 40 IBU's @ about 6%
