I made an original punk clone and it came out rubbish! I'm not sure what went wrong but it was down my brewing and not the recipe.
Have you had a little tester? any good?

Well from the trial jar it tasted rather bitter, however although i still do it, i have come to the conclusion that the finished article is totally different:doh::-?, so will will be interesting once carbed up:thumb:

Hi,
How much priming sugar are you using for your Punk recipes please?
I've got the official (expensive) Brewdog Punk IPA AG-kit in the FV at the moment. Smells lovely.
But I'm unsure how much priming sugar to use at bottling.
I was going to go on the high side for lots of fizz.
150g table sugar in 24L ?
Thanks for any advice.
