Hello all,
Been up Scotland we my pal and going to teach the AG system (don't laugh too much!)
He reel keen to learn, when the time comes be a couple of days..:thumb:
It'll be the 23lcenturion ghost Ale (he's from York where I drunk the Ale)
No chill...might get the batch to 20l for the cubes..
At the same time I'll get on Wine making..why not lol
Be a bit a WIP..so tbc
Thx
Bri

Hallow lads.
The 3 tier system I got from Fil a few years ago.
Now the system I gave to my pal to learn on etc.
In time I bring my gf up and teach him to use it, specially for smaller batches.
The boiler has the element further up so the batch size is restricted.
You can imagine me trying to explain to my pal last night about dead spaces, losses etc. ironic if I get confused at the simple thing...lol but must of worked!! (Helped by 5l keg of ghost ship Ale..n a few nite caps of rum n cokes:drunk::drunk::drunk:
4 hrs sleep back on the HB'ing thing again...the make up of a the beer he want to make, base groans hops etc..
Was good for him and me to ask loads of questions...instead of "put the what's it chops, thingy, laddo in...then mixed the grains!" lol for specific words out and I was chuffed to bits..
Mind 110 mile on Sunday traffic was pita on the A1 south bound..
Hoping he'll save his pocket money and buy a braumeister!! Haha!! So I can have a play! On in good time lol
