Just looked at my water report and tried to input it in Bru n Water but got a tad confused.
Just wondering what additions to add as I want a nice juicy mouthfeel for my upcoming New England IPA

Any help would be appreciated

Your water is really good, a nice blank slate for building your own profile. You need to increase your calcium and for a NEIPA you want to balance towards chloride so I'd add 0.2g/L of calcium chloride.

Should I say add half to the mash tun then half to the sparge water if for example I was doing a 13 litre mash and 13 litre sparge

Sorry for the delay, yeah treat the mash and sparge water the same, 0.2g of calcium chloride per liter of water in the mash and in the sparge water.
