I'm half way into pb and its gone flat
also it has gone very sweet
before I started drinking it it was in the pb for 7 weeks
2 weeks in warm then 5 weeks in a cooler place
so don't know what has gone wrong
this is the first time is as happened to me
I did nothing different with this brew
it was a 1 can kit where you just add sugar and water

I redone the c02 and there is no leaks
there is good pressure to force the beer out each time
but the head of the beer by the time I get to sit down there is no head

@dps51
You have a leak.
Read this for more and what to do.
Guide to a Standard Home Brew Pressure Barrel
It's always a good idea to take a sample after a few days from first filling/priming to make sure the PB seals are not leaking, rather than wait weeks to find this out.
And in the main gas will have leaked out of your PB, and if any air has managed to make the reverse journey it will be so negligible that it will make no difference whatsoever to your beer especially since there is a blanket of CO2 covering the beer, So don't worry about spoilage.

I have checked everything and there is no leaks
also air is not getting in anywhere not even from the tap or the cap
I use seal grease every time I do a batch into a pb even on the tap
I have been doing home brewing on and off for more than 20 years
and this is the first time this as happened to me

What was the ABV? you say it is sweet suggests maybe incomplete fermentation or an ABV that has killed of the yeast, try warming it up to see if you get a head of pressure built back up again over 2-3 weeks.
