Well today saw me doing my 3rd BIAB,
It was a stout to use up some left over grains and hops.
I'm aiming for this stout to come out around 8% abv or higher.
Darkness Falls
Grain bill
3735g Marris Otter
500g Chocolate Malt
445g Torrified Wheat
315g Carapils
195g Crystal Malt
Then I added 616g raw brown sugar to the boil.
Hops
35g Goldings @ 90mins
40g Goldings @ 60mins
28g Saaz @ 30mins
Just chilling the wort down now using no chill before pitch the yeast
Which will be muntons gold and safeale s-04
