I might have access to a large commercial kitchen to get a good few brews on for Christmas, and some demijons of wine. Once brewed and put in fermenters etc would it be OK to transport it home in a car? The journey would be less than 10 minutes?

Cheers all!!!

I'd buy some cubes (basically 23L plastic jerry cans) to transport the wort from the kitchen to your home, to stop you getting wort all over your car. Then pitch the yeast once you reached home. The actual journey wouldnt be a problem. The wort sloshing around in the cubes might even aerate the wort a bit more?
