I am delighted to announce that I have been asked to collaborate with a local brewery in making a guest/seasonal brew!

I will be formulating the recipe and the brew should be available to buy around December. We'll be making around 110 Gallons. Some will be casked and some bottled.

Can't wait for my biggest brew day yet!

That is awesome! What style are you thinking?

Good luck.

I have done a couple of brews with my local brewery (West Berkshire Brewery) for their recent OctoberWest festival. I must say it is a bit odd having to buy your own beer :)

Hope they are a bit more organised as well, I got one days notice and ended up having to supply the speciality grains and hops.

Also it is quite daunting brewing in a commercial brewery with everything going on around and being very aware that this is someone else's kit and you don't want to **** it up.

Extra also is very nerve racking waiting to see if it has come out ok...
