Has anyone done a clone on here?
ive looked at a recipe but it says 2 lots of united kingdom wheat?
confused me a little.
if youve done it ,how did it turn out?

Yes it's my local brewery and favourite beer. I've also done the brewery tour, couldn't get the recipe but I reclaimed their yeast from a bottle-conditioned imperial stout sold in the brewery shop.

"I've looked at a recipe but it says 2 lots of united kingdom wheat" - where did you find a recipe? I've been searching for ages and never found one.

Anyway, here's my attempt at it. Pretty close but not quite there, think I'd dial back on the late Bramling Cross next time, may have overdone it. I'm no expert at recipes either, and I used what I had rather than buy more stuff (hence the Carahell and DME). Maybe a bit more wheat malt next time too? I'll do a full grain brew next time as this was a bit of a use-up, good starting point though.
