Have just brewed my first kit a wherry.
This has been put into a keg.
The beer is fine but very lively when dispensed.
If the tap is opened to far the beer come out as froth and half fills the glass.
Is there any way to stop the froth and just get beer.
Thanks.

You need to release some pressure from the keg. Does the keg have a release valve? If so use that, if not then just loosen the cap slightly and let some gas out, and try the tap again.

My pressure barrels do this unless you dribble the beer out really really slowly. You can always dispense into a jug first then top up your glass from that. Releasing some pressure won't help, mine does it all the way down until the pressure has nearly completely gone.
