Hi,

I think im screwed, I made a Coopers English bitter using the kit instructions, calling for 500g of Light spraymalt....now 2 weeks after making the wort and being a complete Noob i have come to realise this is nothing. Is their any way i can add more spray malt/ sugar and restart the fermentation. I still have the kit yeast as i used the safeale yeast and i have another 500g of spraymalt.

BTW it started at 1.032 and is now at 1.010 at approx 2 weeks

so if i choose to syphon and add more spraymalt;

If i chose to do so;

how many litres?

do i need to add more yeast to the FV as it has all but stopped fermenting now?

What temp. to heat the extracted beer too?
