My all grain batch has been in the FV for over a week and all airlock activity has ceased.
OG was 1.046
FG was expected to be 1.011
I have just measured the gravity and its 1.018.....

Would you re-pitch yeast to try and kick off the final bit of fermentation?

FV is at a constant 20deg c.

I presume you'd run the recipe through some brewing software, but perhaps you could share the grain bill and yeast. Did you hit the expected mash temperature?

Panic over.
Just looked again at my Hydrometer and I read it wrong. Gravity is actually 1.008!
