This evening I will me making a two can Coopers Dark Ale with Dark Spray Malt, ABV around 8 - 9 %.

I have just found some Safale 04 yeast in the freezer. Will this be ok to use in the brew. If so, will it have any benefits ?.

It'll work fine and probably get the job done faster than the yeast that came with the kit :thumb:
