I have completed or near enough the fermentation process. I did use lalvin d47 yeast and it stuck. Bought and added a yeast enigizer and another pack of yeast carried on and finished fermenting. But I used the enigizer as the box tile me now my mead tastes really salty and like cider. Any ideas if it will she out or is my batch dead?

Sounds like its got a vinagar infection, i would throw it, sterilize all your gear and start again using the crossmyloof mead yeast, i use it and it excellent, dont forget you need extra nutrient with honey.:thumb:
