Evening,

Trying to come up with a juicy hop'd up pale ale....any thoughts on this?

That'll be lovely. Some of my favourite hops in there. What brewing software is that? Looks like a very clean user interface.

I really love the Vic Secret, this Marilyn Secret Blonde recipe from Coopers has become my stable drink and I used it for experiments (got one going with Belle Saison yeasties atm)

1.7kg Thomas Coopers Sparkling Ale (Or what ever ale that tickles your fancy)
1.5kg Thomas Coopers Wheat Malt Extract
500g Light Dry Malt
25g Motueka Hop Pellets
25g Vic Secret Hop Pellets (dry hopped)
BRY-97 yesties and one of the other yeasties packets from the kits

Well this has fermented and then dry hop'd for a week.

Just transferred to my bottling bucket and took an age with all the hop gunk! Smells amazing....chilling it slightly now before I bottle it.
