Just got a 6 litre partial mash on,Beamish Stout recipie from BYO online.Slightly tweaked and down scaled.
Intend on putting 5 litres into a mini keg and the rest into small bottles.
Another 6 litre brew going on in the morning,black ipa,again into mini keg and bottles.
Beamish.-
650 grams dark liquid extract H and B
150 grams stout malt
30 grams wheat malt
25 grams choc malt
20 grams black malt 15 grams roast barley
15 grams crystal malt 140l
15 grams flaked barley-----not in recipie
15 grams brown malt-------not in recipie
4 gram challenger 60 min
3 gram ekg 60 min
6 gram hersbruker 10 min
1/4 protofloc tablet at 15 min
1/2 pack gervin yeast re hydrated
OG 1.042 FG 1.009. IBU 28.38 SRM 28.49
 
One mini keg and two bottles done.Managed to loose my little bottler valve down the sink:twisted:,took it apart to soak in sink then managed to pull the plug and hey presto away it went:twisted:. So used to bottling that filling the keg became a total f##k up,my remains of bottling stick kept falling off the FV tap:doh:,but it's in now!Forgot to add sugar to bottles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Time for a lay down:mrgreen:
