Default More brew days...

The ribena wine that i kicked off a just over a week ago is still bubbling away nicely so i decided to start two new projects...

Friday night i started an Apple & Mango wine (4.5l), had a look at the WOW variants and thought that i would give this a go.. the fermentation went off like a rocket... and by Sunday the lava lamp visual effects in the DJ were great!

Saturday i started a turbo cider (4.5l), using a recipe from the forum 3x 1l apple juice, 1x 1l pomegranet as the basis. This also appears to be making good progress and is bubbling away quite nice....

my play room (as i call it, wife stated it is a 3rd bedroom?) is at a constant 20c. All my DJ's have thermometer strips stuck on them and i also have a room thermometer.

i just hope that they all turn out o.k. or at least have something that will be passable at the end of the day...

looking to start something else.... :0)
