I've a HBC Munich Helles full extract kit ,not sure why I bought it because I don't drink Lager 
, I was thinking of trying to make it into a wheat beer using the following ingredients -
23L.
2 x 1.5kg Light Malt Extract.
Grain: Melanoidin Malt. , 500g malted wheat. 30 mins 68C
Hops: Hallertau Mittlefruh.
Safbrew S-33 Yeast.
Are there any hops which may improve this please?
