Hop-Sniffer

Hi guys, another new brewer here. I'm Dave, originally from Cheshire, but now living near Stroud in Gloucestershire. I first dabbled with homebrew in the 80s using cheap kits from Boots which weren't great to be honest. It put me off till last, year when curiosity got the better of me, wondering if things had improved. I started with a St Peters IPA which was great and then a few more kits.
I got a couple of home brew books for Christmas and was inspired to have a go at all grain. Reading articles on here and a few you tube videos, I gradually made myself a budget kit. Two brews in and its going great guns.
I'm really enthused about the fact I can make beer as good or better than shop bought using home made kit and a few simple ingredients. Great forum you have here, brace yourselves for plenty of daft questions!
