Gents,

Help please!

i am brewing a hoegaarden clone (my way)
1 tin of Coopers wheat beer
1 tin of Coopers wheat malt extract
orange peel
corriander seed
saaz hop tea bag

Brewferm Wit Yeast

but....

after 9 days the Krausen is still there and hasn't fallen,

whats happening???

What's the SG? If it's finished fermenting you could move it somewhere cool or stand it on a concrete floor which will help it clear.
 
Don't worry about it. I had the same thing recently which was on a wheat beer too. It settled after about 2 weeks and I bottled then. I looked into it at the time, and as long as its finished fermenting, it's nothing to worry about anyway, just syphon from under the krausen into your bottling bucket.
