Hi everyone

Would really appreciate some feedback on my Summer Ale recipe.
It's only my second AG so I'm trying to keep it simple. Here goes...

Batch size: 20L
Mash: 90 mins @66 Degrees C
Boil: 75 mins

Brewpal software gives the following numbers:
OG: 1044
FG: 1010
ABV: 4.5%
IBU: 32
5.5L

Grist:
3KG Maris Otter
0.5KG Munich - for the yellow colour
0.25KG Wheat (flaked) - for mouthfeel and head retention

Hops:
20g Challenger @ 60 mins
20g Fuggles @ 60 mins
10g Cascade @ 15 mins
10g Cascade @ flameout

1 protofloc tablet

Also wondered about some spice/elderflower/citrus peel etc...?

Prob use Safale S-04 English Ale yeast

Was also thinking of using Galaxy hops instead of Cascade but just erring on the side of Cascade for now.

Any comments very gratefully received...cheers!
