Hi Guys,

Tomorrow is brew day :D

I've put this recipe together. I want to try out Stella/Ella hops as I've never used them before. Does this look ok? (I like the high IBUs). I have also never used Torrefied Wheat, I understand that it helps with head retention? Does my quantity look ok?

So I started this off yesterday and added a last minute ingredient after the mash. A dash of mercury..... Yep smashed my old fashioned thermometer in there didn't I. Not sure if 35 litres of wort is enough to dilute some mercury to a safe level but thought I best not risk it :(

Oh well try again at the weekend!
