Cyser!

Yesterday i started my first Cyser.

20 litres of TESCO 16p Apple Juice.
8 jars of Honey.
Oak Chips.
500g of Sultanas.

Fingers crossed for something interesting.

I'll be honest, I only racked it of the lees this week, the smell is amazing and hopefully i will be able to keep it for a while to see how it develops. I've got 23 litres of it, fingers crossed.

It turned out great. I bottled it yesterday, nice still flavour but I suppose the seven months of conditioning helped a lot.

Nor me. Cheapest they do is around 60p/l
Or did he buy loads of kiddies ones at 16p/250ml???

Months ago TESCO had a special offer/clearance of their stock of Everyday Value Apple Juice. They were all reduced from 65p to 16p, I bought about 75 litres.

Still got some in the shed! Made up 40 pints of Turbo Cider and about 30 wine bottles of the Cyser.
