I'm planning to do my first BIAB brew this weekend and am looking to do the Old Peculiar recipe from Dave Line's; Brewing Beers Like Those You Buy.
He suggests priming with black treacle, which is no problem, but wondered if anyone else had tried this or any recipe of their own and could recommend anything else.
